Description
In 1971 a buff near the Gasconade River collapsed releasing 20000 tones of rock.
Some of this rubble ended up in the river, damming it and the river level rose by 4 feet. 45 years later, we are left with these nice rapids. This is an interesting part of the Gasconade River, just down stream there are three springs, one of which bubbles up in the river. The Gasconade River is located in the Ozarks of Missouri.
